A vessel designed to transport spent nuclear fuel for Russia has been taken to a dry dock at the Nerpa . shipyard northwest of Murmansk for repair until Feb. 25. The Italian-financed vessel "Rossita" was intended to help Russia with the movement of spent nuclear fuel from deteriorating coastal storages sites. However, two years after delivery, the ship reportedly has not transported any wastes.
