Utility Regulators Ask D.C. Court of Appeals To Reject DOE Stand on Nuclear Waste Fund

State utility regulators and nuclear utility companies have asked the U.S. Court of Appeals, District of Columbia Circuit, to reject a U.S Department of Energy (DOE) finding that Nuclear Waste Fund fees are necessary and should continue to be collected. The regulators and utilities asked the court to temporarily suspend collection of the fees.
