When an information resource has been delivered on a regular schedule for more than 30 years, generally with the same format and the same type of content, the people receiving that information might understandably be taken aback if, for some reason, changes are made. In the Reference Section, Nuclear News readers will see a few changes to the World List of Nuclear Power Plants. The changes, and the reasoning behind them, are explained on page 45, so they won't be repeated here. Instead, I'll remark on some aspects of assembling a project like the World List.
