Ecodesign Ventilation: makeover necessary

The Ecodesign methodology, used for assessing the energy efficiency of household products, was copy-pasted to complex technical building systems and almost immediately overstepped the limitations of the procedure. Moreover, this is a clear case of double-legislation with the Energy Performance of Buildings Directive (EPBD), without additional reliable value for the end-consumer.
