WANO, various countries act after accident in Japan

The World Association of Nuclear Operators (WANO) has called a meeting for later this year of "all chief executive officers of nuclear companies" to discuss the lessons learned from the events at Fukushima Dai-ichi, in Japan. The decision to hold this gathering was made in Paris at a March 30 meeting of the WANO governing board, whose members include the CEOs of the world's largest nuclear plant operators.
