I have studied the article "The origins of The Reactor Safety Study" by Thomas Wellock in the September 2021 Nuclear News. The intense report covers a lot of territory, but it is light on detailing the heavy hand of Admiral Rickover. On page 50,1 read the words "navy discipline" and in endnote 12 there is mention of "Edward J. Bauser." What was Bauser doing and where
