摘要

In this issue of Nuclear Engineering and Design, there appears a paper entitled "Critical review of the Conservation Equations for the Two-Phase Flow in the U.S. NRC TRACE Code" by Dr. Wolfgang Wulff. This article underwent a large number of reviews and the assessments were divided. Some indicated that it was suitable for publication, others recommended a rejection. Because the article is so controversial, the Nuclear Engineering and Design Advisory Council has elected to leave judgment of its validity to the readers. Interestingly, while the paper was online, we received six letters to the editor in relation to Dr. Wulff s paper. Those letters to the editor are included in this issue as well.
