Poland postpones decision on future of nuclear programme until mid-2017

The Polish Government has postponed a decision on the future of the country's nuclear new-build programme until mid-2017, according to local media. Poland's energy minister Krzysztof Tchórzewski told a conference on nuclear energy in January that he had received a mandate from the Government to present a new financing model for the country's nuclear project by "the end of the first half" of 2017.
