EDF revises schedule and costs of Flamanville EPR

EDF has announced today fuel loading at the Flamanville EPR will now take place in the fourth quarter of 2019, instead of the previously scheduled fourth quarter of this year. Meanwhile, the cost of the 1650 MWe pressurised water reactor (PWR) has increased from €10.5 billion ($12.3 billion) to €10.9 billion.
