摘要

Non-geostationary satellite networks with lower propagation delay, and with the ability to access with smaller terminals have attracted attention in recent years. However handover of terminals in these networks results in a delay variation between communicating terminals and consequent packet reordering at the receiver. In this paper we explore ways to reduce delay variation due to handover and subsequent packet reordering to improve communication quality over this type of networks.
