On those rare occasions when he has time to watch TV, John McCain, like most politicians, has a weakness for C-Span. One of the programs he enjoys is called "Question Time," where the British prime minister each week faces a grilling from a selected member of Parliament. On board the Straight Talk Express one day last month in New Hampshire, McCain was asked by Newsweek if he would import the idea to Washington if elected.
