Fujitsu Support and Service Inc. (Fsas) has developed a biometric-based security system SF2000Bio, an application that provides a highly reliable security environment, by various types of biometrics such as fingerprint authentication and face recognition. This security system coordinates four biometrics authentication: fingerprint authentication; face recognition (facial traits such as facial contour and relative positions of the eyes and nose are analyzed and matched); voiceprint recognition; and signature verification (writing speeds and pressures are analyzed and matched).
