Optimum blood pressure management is achieved by taking blood pressure readings regularly and under regular physical conditions. During normal daily life, however, the blood pressure fluctuates widely throughout the day in conformance with factors such as exercise, stress and even the time of day, so it will also be vital to accurately evaluate current blood pressure under various physical conditions.
