If Alien life forms exist on Saturn's frozen, waterless moon Titan, they might inhale hydrogen gas and feast on the molecule acetylene. New measurements suggesting that these substances are being consumed could therefore be seen as evidence that such life exists - or there could be a more mundane explanation.
