Sussex's world-class quantum technology research attracts top physics graduates

The University of Sussex's unique MSc Frontiers of Quantum Technology, the only one of its type in the UK, is attracting high achieving physics graduates from around the world. Its cutting edge research is the main attraction, together with a pioneering research centre dedicated to pushing the boundaries of quantum technologies. Unlike teaching programmes at other universities, this Masters programme is fully integrated into the quantum technology research centre, which allows students to work at the forefront of this emerging technology. Sussex's quantum technology research is world leading evidenced by a multitude of awards, the most recent being £5.5M from the UK National Quantum Technology Programme. As part of this Sussex has become a founding partner of two new major national quantum centres: the UK Quantum Technology Hub on Networked Quantum Information Technologies and the UK Quantum Technology Hub for Sensors and Metrology. These centres bring together universities and industry to develop and construct quantum technologies.
