"Uber, your ratings are a complete joke," complained a driver recently on UberPeople, an online forum for workers using the popular ride-sharing service. Their post inspired a heap of comments from drivers upset about their own unexplained low scores. Others groaned - whinging about the rating system was old news. "Does it suck? Yes. Is it unfair?
