Tiscali TV signs up Manx Telecom

Tiscali TV has signed a deal to provide a "white-label" IPTV service to Manx Telecom, the telecommunications operator on the Isle of Man. It marks Tiscali's first commercial agreement to provide a non-branded television-over-DSL service to another operator. O2, the UK telecommunications operator owned by Telefonica, owns Manx Telecom. The Isle of Man, with 76,000 inhabitants, lies in the middle of the Irish Sea and has been a test-bed for new communications services in recent years.
