Orange Wants Triple Play Everywhere

Orange, the French telecommunications operator, intends to provide a triple-play service in each of its broadband markets in a bid to become the "undisputed leader of TV over DSL". The company offers broadband in France, Poland, Spain, Switzerland, Slovakia and the UK but so far offers television in only the first three of these. Francois Seligmann, Orange director of IPTV and new projects, said that the company proposed to offer "triple play for everywhere."
