ST creates 90nm flash mcu

STMicroelectronics has developed ARM Cortex-M based microcontrollers featuring embedded flash and is making them on a 90nm process.rnSampling starts in 04 2009, followed by full production in 2010. The mcus are said to be faster, less power hungry and to have increased peripheral integration. ST now has more than 70 STM 32 devices in full production.
