Antony Oliver is suggesting that CPD is made mandatory. This is all good and well, but all other mandatory schemes follow from a licensed profession. Does he also support the licensing of civil engineers? Is this another no-brainer? Are all civil engineers to pay for this out of their own pockets, and for little "benefit" again.
