Project description: Located at the south branch channel of Yangtze River estuary, Yangtz River Tunnel runs from Changxing Island to Pudong district and stretches to one of China's busiest waterways. In combined with the bridge crossing the north branch channel of Yangtze river, the dream of the generation after generations to get direct access between Chongming Island and Shanghai main city has been realized.
