Considering our plans to change unilatera-ly our way to deal with time differences, we have thought instructive to review the long, complex story of the introduction of such differences, to compare their importance and to derive the only untwistable imperative in that matter, which is that any change can only be adopted by a majority of the States concerned all over the world.%Devant nos projets de modification unilatérale des modalités de notre décalage horaire, il nous a paru instructif de reprendre la longue et complexe histoire de l'introduction de ces décalages, d'en relativiser l'importance et de dégager le seul impératif incontournable en cette affaire : c'est que toute modification ne peut être adoptée qu'à l'unanimité des Etats intéressés de la planète.
