Capture the process in cellular imaging - updates

摘要

Cellular imaging has applications in biological, pharmaceutical and medical research as well as routine procedures. New microscopes give better image quality and sensitivity, while microscopy automation has made monitoring cell processes easier and smoother. Dramatic advances in digital photography as well as image processing enables better analysis and archiving. Novel fluorescent dyes are enabling a wider range of cellular processes to be monitored. Recently, laser dissection has been coupled with molecular biology techniques to give new insights into molecular and cellular pathways and processes.
