PBL InterferonSource introduces its iLite Human IFN-Alpha Kit, a gene reporter cell-based assay kit for rapid detection and quantification of the Type I interferon biological activity in cell culture medium and serum. This kit also precisely measures the human interferon activity contained within various other liquid samples (e.g. cerebrospinal fluid samples or certain fermentation broths).
