Older male bosses - some old enough to be victims' fathers - are sexually harassing young women in the workplace causing psychological and physical distress.rnThe paper, 'Experiences of Sexual Harassment amongst Young Women Workers: An Exploration of Power and Opportunity', found perpetrators of sexual harassment tended to be older male bosses. The paper said harassers used their power to trap, demean and violate victims.rnThe SA Unions Young Workers' Legal Service (YWLS) produced the paper, which is based on 44 YWLS client files. Forty-three of the clients were women and one was a man.
