Domestic violence and the workplace

No reasonable person would dispute that domestic violence affecting the workplace is unacceptable. An employer who tolerates such a workplace is failing in his or her responsibility to maintain a safe working environment.rnWorkplace Partners Against Domestic Violence (WPADV) (CEO Challenge Australia) cites 2006 research that says almost one in five Australian women say they have experienced violence by a previous partner or a current partner at some point in their lives.
