Another Pilbara death

A 27-year-old man who was crushed to death in a crane accident brings the number of deaths at BHP Billiton sites in the Pilbara to six in the past three years. Four of the deaths were contractors. The man who died was working at the company's Finucane Island iron ore loading facility.
