Review of model WHS Laws

A review of the model Work Health and Safety (WHS) laws is being undertaken by Safe Work Australia in 2018. The review is looking at whether the model WHS laws are achieving the objectives stated in the model WHS Act, or if they have resulted in unintended consequences. Marie Boland, former Executive Director of SafeWork SA, was engaged by Safe Work Australia to conduct the review.
