Hill Veteran Joins Legislative Staff

A former congressional staffer with experience on military issues has joined the NGAUS legislative staff. Matt Pincus, who comes to the staff from the office of Rep. John Carney, D-Del, will be the association's point person on Air National Guard issues. He will lead the NGAUS legislative efforts to modernize Air Guard aircraft. Pincus, 30, originally hails from Wilmington, Del. He was able to work on a wide range of issues as a legislative assistant for Carney and says he became "most passionate" about the Guard.
