Eighth Conference of the Israel Translators Association

The annual conference of the Israel Translators Association took place February 8-10, 2010, in the heart of Jerusalem, just a few minutes' walking distance from the spectacular Machaneh Yehu-dah market and not far from the magnificent walls of the Old City. Unseasonably warm weather provided the perfect setting for the conference. The program dealt with the impact of tools and technology on the day-to-day work of translators, as well as their effect on the delicate status quo of the translation industry.
