The word for conference call and image chatting apparatus using a language translator

PURPOSE: A multilateral conference type character and image chatting system is provided to enable a user to perform a character and image chatting among plural foreigners by using a language translator and a corresponding reverse language translator. CONSTITUTION: The system comprises a database(5), a plurality of language translators(4a-4m), a plurality of reverse language translators(6a-6m), a web server(2), and a plurality of buffers. The database(5) stores data in one specific language transmitted among users at chatting. The reverse language translators(6a-6m) convert the data, written in various languages commanded by foreign users, into the language of the data stored in the database. The language translators(4a-4m), corresponding to the reverse language translators(6a-6m), convert the data, stored at the database in one specific language, into the languages corresponding to the countries of the users in order that one user understands the data transmitted by other foreign users. The web server(2) controls driving the language translators(4a-4m) and the reverse language translators(6a-6m) corresponding to the languages of the chatting users. The buffers, made of cache memory devices, buffer the data, written in one specific language and output by the reverse language translators(6a-6m), and transmit the data to corresponding language translators(4a-4m). The buffers control data output amount according to a control operation of components connected to output ends of the buffers.
