New student housing is being developed near Coastal Carolina University in Conway, S.C. HighBridge Properties, a real estate advisory and brokerage firm, has been named as the exclu-rnsive advisor to market and sell the community.rnThe property, called Monarch544, will house 440 college students in 128 apartments when completed this July. Monarch544 is located across the South Carolina Highway 544 from the university student recreation center, and will be walking distance from the school's academic buildings.
