I've read a number of articles recently regarding Gary McKinnon, the Scottish chap that hacked into NASA's computers 10 years ago looking for UFOs and free energy for the benefit of humanity. What he claims he found was a secret Air Force space program and references to non terrestrial officers. In fact, the Air Force has had its own space program since 1982 and it has always been funded slightly higher than NASA at $8.8 billion a year.
