The Common Denominator

As a service writer, I am continually asked, "When should I get rid of my car?" It is not unusual to have a distressed customer at my desk who has spent $600 on a vehicle and thinks it would only sell for $500 saying, "It is time to get rid of this thing." While we never have a crystal ball to know the future, giving the best advice possible to our customers is paramount.
