Gain access through conveyor with lifting gate system

For access behind or through a conveyor, a powered conveyor gate section is offered. The PosiGrip powered conveyor gate section is lightweight and easy to open with gas spring assist. It may be specified in a range of configurations and sizes—including single and drawbridge-type double sections— with widths and lengths dependent upon the application. The system uses lightweight, motorized drive rollers with drive gear teeth formed directly into the rollers. Power is delivered by smooth, quiet synchronous belting in a positive drive, with no separate motors, sprockets or gears and no welded drive components. Self-contained, the unit operates on a standard 110-V electrical supply.
