Retrotech has been acquiredby French firm Savoye.Retrotech a leading engineering services firm specializing in warehouse automation was acquired in its entirety by a subsidiary of Groupe Legris, a $500 million industrial company. Groupe Legris was No. 8 on Modern's annual systems supplier list last year. Retrotech, founded in 1985, is considered a pioneer in the modernization of existing warehouse handling systems and in the design, integration and installation of new projects.
