Flow racks help move Disney products to stores

Disney Stores built its first distribution center for its stores in Memphis 11 yr ago. But growth began to strain the facility. It was processing orders for 400 stores even though it was designed to serve only 200. Four satellite centers were needed to house the inventory overflow.
