The rack has multiple superimposed shelves (5) to receive products at a level of their operational surface, and maintained at a level of vertical pillars (1) constituting the body of the rack, by co-operation of their side posts at the level of the pillars. The shelves are reversible, i.e. they are indifferently used at the level of one or the other of their two operational surfaces. The surface of each shelf is constituted of three rods parallel to the posts and integrated to front and rear rails to support and separate products to be stored and/or displayed by the shelves.
