Plaid Cymru pact may lead to big Welsh council tax reforms

Welsh First Minister Mark Drakeford has said a deal to reform council tax across the country could form part of a pact with Plaid Cymru. Labour does not have an overall majority following the Senedd election in May and the two parties are believed to be discussing a potential cooperation agreement. Both parties pledged council tax reform in their manifestos for the May elections.
