Lesley Seary is to return to Redbridge LBC to serve as its interim chief executive following the departure of Andy Donald. Ms Seary, who lives in the borough, spent a number of years at the council as corporate director of customer service and performance and more recently served eight years as chief executive of Islington LBC. Ms Seary said: 'My immediate focus will be ensuring that we continue to protect our most vulnerable residents and provide vital support to our struggling business community.
