I wanted to write to you to tell you and your readers about an exciting campaign that the Centre of Excellence for Information Sharing has recently run. The #Infostory campaign sought to capture and share personal stories of good, and not so good, information sharing and how it has impacted on outcomes for service users. We brought together a total of 15 stories, from policy-makers through to frontline staff, and have used them as a tool to remind local places why information sharing is important and to encourage local organisations to assess their role in moving forward service transformation through improved information sharing. We hope you find these stories of interest. We would welcome new stories, particularly those that focus on how organisational culture has played a role in transforming information sharing between organisations.
