Each week I learn much from reading the copy of The MJ that we have in ourMembers Room, and as Chippenham Town Council does not fit into any of the varous boxes that exist to facilitate the ever changing face of local democracy, being neither principal nor parish in operation or size, there are always several issues discussed that are of significance.
