It is rapidly becoming the mantra of economic growth - there is a productivity gap in the UK that we need to plug, and the Industrial Strategy is being mooted as the solution. And its not just productivity - the Industrial Strategy is being pitched as the silver bullet to tackle everything from boosting the economy in a post-Brexit world to meeting Theresa May's pledge in her inaugural speech as PM to build a fairer Britain.
