Leeds City Council: Community hubs

The Leeds OPE Partnership, led by the city council, is developing a number of transformative projects, among which are a network of community hubs. The community hubs project is enabling public bodies in Leeds - including the council, the police and NHS - to change the nature of its work. The community hubs projects will afford the partners the ability to better position themselves to handle the changing nature of face-to-face work and the increasingly complex issues affecting individuals and their families.
