Investing in Bolton

This summer Bolton Council unveiled a major regeneration masterplan to redevelop the town centre up to 2030 and beyond. It has committed £100m to pump prime developments across five key town centre sites in a move that is expected to secure investment to create a unique, diverse and resilient town centre. This will ensure the town capitalises on Greater Manchester's emerging economic renaissance.
