Case Study: Chester West and Chester

In Cheshire West and Chester, local partners have established an ambitious fully integrated early intervention system as part of their Public Service Transformation programme. They have built teams made up of different agencies, including health visitors, police, jobcentre advisors, child development specialists and Early Years workers all working out of Children's Centres. The system's success is being tracked to evidence the real long-term benefits and savings that can be achieved through consistent early intervention for children, young people and families.
