But even the best traffic-beating app might struggle to navigate the current local government landscape. As we ponder the likely impact of Brexit on our relationship with Europe, we are seeking to build new relationships across an increasingly diverse set of administrative boundaries. One of my tasks this week has been to start putting together a governance scheme to support the devolution deal currently being negotiated by the 3SC area with government.
