A new scheme in Kent aims to inject economic growth into the North Kent, Med-way and Thurrock area. The Thames Gateway Innovation, Growth and Enterprise (TIGER) project, financed through central government's ￡2.4bn Regional Growth Fund, offers interest-free loans to businesses in media, ICT, manufacturing, environmental and technological development.
