Birmingham team trawls city in crackdown on illegal loan sharks

Trading standards officers in Birmingham have joined forces with health teams to take on illegal loan sharks.The council's illegal money lending team published a survey which revealed victims were classed as having severe depression. But this dropped three levels after officers intervened on their behalf.
