Sunshine, and in the Spirit of Sharing...

It's been/is hot, depending on when you read this and we've all been enjoying some welcome good weather. And in true British style the shorts have arrived, the ice cream vans, the sun tan lotion, the BBQ and the school holidays. There's something about sunshine that brings out the best in people, we are a happier nation, we smile at each other and even on the tube where eye contact is discouraged, and people have been engaging in conversation... about the weather of course! So in the spirit of sharing I thought I'd share with you some of the recruitment issues of the day and look at the interesting, emerging trends of the day and give you some food for thought about what the busy Autumn recruitment period might bring......not that I'm wanting the Summer to rush by, long may it continue!
